Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator in Melbourne to support VIC and TAS teams. The role involves onboarding, system training, and driving learning programs across operations. You will partner with L&D and HR, use Workday Learning, and report on training completion while aiding policy updates.

A Driver's Licence and willingness to travel are essential. The role offers ongoing training, career development, and a competitive salary within AU/NZ, with site visits

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years' sales and coaching experience
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or related qualification
• Experience with Workday Learning is highly desirable
• Previous experience managing staff is an advantage
• Passion to work with people and develop their capabilities
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Valid Driver's Licence (full)
• Flexibility to travel intrastate and interstate regularly

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new employees and training in systems and operations procedures
• Deliver targeted training to enhance customer experience and business growth
• Collaborate with L&D and HR to align learning outcomes with programs
• Use Workday Learning to assign, track, and report training completion
• Support users in Workday Learning and troubleshoot access issues
• Update policies and procedures and track readership as required
• Support content development and drive eLearning completion across VIC/TAS
• Generate and analyse Workday learning reports for insights
