You will support organisational growth by aligning development initiatives with strategic priorities and engaging with stakeholders to translate needs into practical programs.

• Experience in L&D, capability or organisational development roles.
• Experience implementing structured learning initiatives in operational environments.
• Exposure to talent management, senior development programs or workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and embed the Learning & Development strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Develop and maintain competency frameworks and career pathways.
• Partner with senior leaders to design practical capability programs.
• Shift towards structured, cohort-based development approaches.
• Plan and deliver programs across multiple regions including onboarding and leadership programs.
