Covalent Lithium is seeking a Site Technician to deliver hands-on technology support at the Kwinana Refinery. The role focuses on Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments, end-user devices, and site infrastructure.

You will work with project teams on installations and technology upgrades across offices and the refinery. The position requires a tertiary IT qualification and 5+ years of relevant experience, with ITIL/ITSM familiarity and multiple certifications highly regarded.

Formación

• Tertiary IT qualification or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting IT infrastructure including networking and Windows Server.
• Strong administration of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, Intune, Endpoint Manager, Exchange, Defender, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Windows 11.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1/2 technology support for Covalent Lithium users.
• Support Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments and related applications.
• Install, troubleshoot and maintain end-user hardware and network equipment.
• Coordinate technology projects and upgrades across offices, site buildings and refinery.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation and knowledge base.
