Job summary

Covalent Lithium Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced lead for Projects & Shutdown Execution at the Kwinana Refinery. You will provide technical and leadership support across the team, coordinating with Maintenance and Operations to ensure safe, compliant operations and on-time delivery.

The role requires 8+ years in maintenance/processing with supervisory experience, SAP Hana familiarity, and strong contractor management. A competitive package is offered in a full-time, site-based setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in maintenance and processing environments with supervisory experience.
• Experience in vendor/contractor management, repair and warranties.
• Knowledge of Section 44 statutory appointment and regulatory codes is desirable.
• Trade background and leadership training are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities, schedules and workflows across the refinery.
• Support planning and execution of projects or operational tasks and monitor progress.
• Coordinate procurement and resource allocation, manage communications and meetings.
• Maintain records, tests, drawings and statutory documentation to Covalent standards.
