Qualifications

• Previous experience in Time & Attendance, Payroll, Workforce Administration or HR.
• Experience using Kronos highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of timesheets, overtime, allowances, leave and attendance.
• Highly organised, proactive and detail-focused.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Confident investigating discrepancies and finding practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with employees and supervisors.
• Experience supporting a large or blue-collar workforce highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Kronos Time & Attendance system.
• Review and validate timesheets, attendance, overtime, allowances and leave.
• Investigate and resolve timesheet discrepancies and exceptions.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of hours to Payroll.
• Support employees and supervisors with Time & Attendance queries.
• Monitor approvals, outstanding timesheets and exceptions.
• Prepare reports and analyse workforce attendance data.
• Maintain accurate employee and system records.
• Support roster and work pattern changes.
• Work closely with Payroll, HR and project teams to resolve issues.
