Job summary

Mayday Recruitment Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced UKG/Kronos Analyst for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on day-to-day support, system administration, and maximizing the use of UKG/Kronos across a large People & Culture function.

You will resolve queries, assist with system changes, maintain data accuracy, generate workforce reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements. Hybrid work is offered with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Hands-on UKG/Kronos experience (2+ years).
• Experience supporting HR/workforce systems.
• Strong knowledge of time & attendance, rostering and scheduling.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues with stakeholders.
• Experience with system changes, releases or upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to users and resolve system queries.
• Assist with system setup, changes and ongoing administration.
• Maintain accurate workforce data in the platform.
• Support timekeeping, attendance, rostering and scheduling features.

An excellent opportunity for an experienced UKG Analyst to join a well-established organisation on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a hands-on systems position within a large People & Culture environment, suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and supporting the effective use of workforce management technology across a complex business.

The role

You will take ownership of the day-to-day support and effective use of the UKG / Kronos platform, including:

• Provide hands-on support to users and resolve system-related queries
• Assist with system setup, changes and ongoing administration
• Maintain accurate workforce and organisational data within the platform
• Support the effective use of timekeeping, attendance, rostering and scheduling functionality
• Investigate system issues and work through solutions with relevant stakeholders
• Review existing processes and identify opportunities to improve system functionality and user experience
• Assist with system releases, upgrades and testing activities
• Produce workforce reports and provide meaningful data to support business requirements
• Partner with internal teams to understand system needs and translate these into practical solutions
• Maintain user guides and system documentation and provide support and training where required

The ideal candidate

• Demonstrated hands-on experience working with UKG / Kronos (2+ years)
• Experience supporting or administering a workforce management or HR system
• Strong knowledge of time & attendance, rostering and scheduling
• Confidence investigating and resolving system issues
• Experience with system changes, releases, upgrades or improvement projects
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with workforce data
• Exposure to reporting and analytics within UKG / Kronos
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to confidently communicate technical concepts to everyday system users
