Job summary

The ACT Government is seeking a permanent Time and Attendance Information Officer (ASO6) to join the HR Systems’ Time and Attendance Systems team. You will work extensively with Kronos and UKG Pro Workforce Management, ensuring accurate data, payroll integrity, and user support.

This role requires strong troubleshooting, excellent customer service, and the ability to train system users. Immediate commencement with a strong emphasis on data integrity and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in the support and administration of Kronos Workforce Central and UKG Pro Workforce Management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a focus on providing support and training to users.
• Proficiency in report generation and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Providing quality day-to-day engagement to directorate customers for UKG Pro Workforce Management, including troubleshooting and user support.
• Work closely with business areas to ensure accurate time and attendance data, compliance with Enterprise Agreements, and streamlined payroll processing.
• Perform testing new functionalities, and ensuring smooth upgrade change/s.
• Provide training and support to system users, ensuring they are proficient in using Kronos for timekeeping, rostering, and scheduling.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in workforce management.
• Prepare and deliver reports, to inform decision-making.
• Ensuring system data integrity through regular audits, monitoring, and validation processes.
