Job summary

APG Workforce has partnered with a leading poultry manufacturer based in Griffith and is currently seeking a Time & Attendance Officer to join the team. The role involves preparing weekly timesheets, running Kronos reports and providing time & attendance administration to ensure accurate payroll processing.

You will handle T&A discrepancies, interpret Awards and Enterprise Agreements, process manual adjustments including allowances and leave payments, and assist training managers and supervisors

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll or time & attendance systems (Kronos preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills.
• Ability to interpret Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Good communication and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly timesheets and run Kronos reports.
• Manage time & attendance queries from employees and supervisors.
• Investigate and correct T&A discrepancies.
• Interpret Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Process manual adjustments including allowances and leave payments.
• Assist with training managers and supervisors in using Kronos.
