The Anchorage Hotel and Spa, part of the Wests Group family, is seeking a casual Kitchen Hand to support our busy back‑of‑house operations at The Anchorage, Port Stephens. You will help with cleaning, basic food prep and service setup across breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts, contributing to a high standard of guest experience.
We value teamwork and reliability; prior kitchen experience is preferred and knife skills are desirable.

This position will require availability to work a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts during the week. Our seasonal peaks run through summer, public holiday and school holiday periods, availability during these times is essential.
You are someone who can work under pressure while at all times ensuring that our current high standards are met. You will have previous experience in a similar role, and basic food preparation and knife skills are desirable. Along with a good work ethic, you will be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
