Varsity Melbourne is seeking a kitchen team member to master food preparation and maintain a spotless, safe work environment. You will help with stock rotation and ensure ingredients are fresh while consistently delivering Varsity’s high standards of food and service.

You bring infectious enthusiasm and a love of good food, with or without prior kitchen experience. Training is provided in a lively, supportive setting that rewards commitment and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Infectious enthusiasm and positivity.
• Food Handlers Certificate required.
• A love of good food and good times.
• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Master food preparation to a high standard.
• Keep the kitchen spotlessly clean by washing dishes, wiping benches and cleaning the floors.
• Support with stock rotation, making sure ingredients are fresh for guests.
• Follow correct OH&S food preparation techniques to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
• Deliver food and service to Varsity standards.
• Bring a passion for food and a positive attitude to every shift.
