Job summary

Dôme Café in Port Hedland, WA is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support daily kitchen operations and ensure ingredients are prepared to a consistent high standard, while keeping the kitchen clean and well maintained.

The role includes in-house training and flexible shifts within a 5am–9pm window, Monday to Sunday, offering opportunities across our Western Australian network.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering food to guests.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proactive in identifying tasks and getting them done.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Shifts may include Monday–Sunday, 5am–9pm.

As a Back of House Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that all ingredients and menu items are prepared and produced to a consistent high standard for our guests, whilst keeping out kitchen clean and well maintained.
