Job summary

Dôme Café Scarborough is seeking passionate Back of House Team Members to support kitchen operations and ensure high standards across our venue.

You will help prepare ingredients, maintain a clean, efficient workspace, and contribute to a supportive team culture within Western Australia’s growing cafe network.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary.
• Flexibility to work Monday-Sunday, between the hours of 5am-9pm.
• Need to be flexible to work at least 4 shifts across the week, weekend and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ingredients and menu items are prepared to a consistent high standard.
• Keep the kitchen clean and well maintained.

We're currently looking for passionate and motivated Back of House Team Members to join our team!

Dôme focuses on training team members and providing the necessary tools to effectively carry out your role.

As a Back of House Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that all ingredients and menu items are prepared and produced to a consistent high standard for our guests, whilst keeping out kitchen clean and well maintained.

About you:

• Passionate about delivering food to hungry guests
• The ability to work in a team
• Initiative to identify tasks needing to be accomplished and ensuring they get done
