Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Busselton is looking for a reliable Kitchen Steward to join our kitchen team on a part-time basis. You will help maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organisation of our kitchen and food service areas.

You will support our chefs and food & beverage team by ensuring kitchen equipment, utensils and workspaces are clean and ready for service, and you will follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, cookware, crockery, cutlery, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, storage areas, and waste disposal areas.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating stock.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
• Ensure all cleaning schedules are completed to Hilton standards.
• Must be available to work Weekends and Public Holidays
