Job summary

Hyde Perth is hiring a Kitchen Steward to keep our kitchen and F&B operations running smoothly. You will join a dynamic team across restaurant and functions, ensuring cleanliness and organisation behind the scenes.

This casual role offers variety with early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. Previous hospitality experience is preferred; reliable transport is helpful, and parking is available.

Qualifications

• Reliable, energetic and hardworking team player.
• Flexible with shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Previous hospitality experience considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen equipment, crockery, utensils and work areas clean to a high standard.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely.
• Support day-to-day operation of kitchens and food outlets.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in line with health and safety requirements.
• Assist with delivery, stock and waste movement in the loading bay.
• Relocate waste bins and keep back-of-house areas tidy.
