Hyde Perth is seeking a Kitchen Steward to help keep the kitchen and F&B operations running smoothly. You will join a dynamic team across restaurant and functions, ensuring cleanliness and organisation behind the scenes.

This casual role offers variety with early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. Previous hospitality experience is preferred; reliable transport is helpful, and parking is available.

• Experience in hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Support food and beverage operations during service times.
• Assist with general prep and ware washing as needed.
