Job summary

Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort & Convention Centre is seeking a Kitchen Steward to support our culinary team by maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised kitchen environment. You will work with chefs to ensure mise en place and assist during service, with availability for evening shifts.

This role emphasizes food safety, hygiene and WHS standards, plus teamwork and clear communication in a fast-paced resort setting. A valid driver's licence and flexibility to rotate rosters are required.

Job Description

As a Kitchen Steward, you will be a key support to our culinary team, helping maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised kitchen environment that enables seamless service delivery. Working closely with our chefs and kitchen team and with availability for evening shifts, you will play an important role in supporting smooth daily operations.

Your work will directly support the delivery of high-quality dining experiences for our guests across the resort and Convention Centre.
