Job summary

Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort & Sunshine Coast Convention Centre in Twin Waters is seeking passionate Chefs for casual, part-time and full-time positions across our main kitchen, Sola Restaurant & Bar and events operations.

You’ll gain hands-on experience from restaurant service to large-scale conferences and banquets, with opportunities to learn and grow within the Accor network across Australia and internationally.

Qualifications

• Relevant culinary qualifications or previous commercial kitchen experience.
• Genuine passion for food and hospitality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high-quality food across restaurant, banqueting and event services.
• Work across a variety of menus and styles of service.
• Support the delivery of conferences, weddings and large-scale events.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and Food & Beverage teams.
• Follow food safety, HACCP and WHS standards.
• Assist with preparation, stock rotation and maintaining an organised kitchen.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive kitchen culture.

Job Description

We’re looking for passionate Chefs to join our culinary team across casual, part-time and full-time opportunities.
