The Australian Hotel in South Townsville is seeking dedicated kitchen staff to join our busy pub kitchen team as a Chef. You will contribute to preparing classic pub favourites and daily specials in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

We're a locally owned hotel offering permanent roles, consistent hours, and a down-to-earth team atmosphere. Successful applicants will be reliable, punctual, and ready to work across a rotating roster including nights and weekends.
