Job summary

Ovolo Hotels is seeking their next Kitchen Attendant to join our Fabulous Unconventional, Never Boring Team in Australia. You will assist chefs with food preparation, operate the dishwasher, and help maintain kitchen cleanliness and supplier stock on shift.

This entry-level role requires a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn, with a fun, supportive kitchen culture and opportunities to grow with a bold, hospitality-focused brand.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with no prior experience required, however experience in a kitchen environment is desirable.
• You will have a can-do attitude with a passion and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist the chefs with food preparation
• Safely operating dishwasher, cleaning restaurant dishes/glass as well as all utensils used within the kitchen
• Ensuring the order and cleanliness of the kitchen facilities up to government and company sanitation standards
• Maintaining all kitchen appliances and cooking equipment, ensuring everything is safely stored away, as well as stock levels are up to standard
• Removal of rubbish bins and waste from the kitchen premises

Ovolo Hotels is in search of their next Kitchen Attendant to come join our Fabulous Unconventional, Never Boring Team! You will play a vital role in the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations at all time whilst on shift. This is a Casual role and will require flexibility within your availability. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Assist the chefs with food preparation
• Safely operating dishwasher, cleaning restaurant dishes/glass as well as all utensils used within the kitchen
• Ensuring the order and cleanliness of the kitchen facilities up to government and company sanitation standards
• Maintaining all kitchen appliances and cooking equipment, ensuring everything is safely stored away, as well as stock levels are up to standard
• Removal of rubbish bins and waste from the kitchen premises

About You
