Ovolo South Yarra in Melbourne is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to be the first touchpoint for guests entering the hotel. This part-time role offers a lively, customer-focused environment where your bubbly personality helps set the tone for each guest’s stay.

You will greet guests, check them in and out, assist with bookings, promote the hotel's offerings, answer inquiries by phone, email, or online, and support the Front Office team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous front office experience.
• Strong passion for customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Flexible with part-time hours.

Responsibilities

We are on the lookout for our next Wonder Maker, aka Guest Service Agent, to join our fun and exciting team. As our GSA, you will be the first point of contact for our guests when entering any of our hotels. You will be their first impression of the hotel and brand, and we want it to be a lasting impression! This is a Part-Time role and will require flexibility with availability. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Greeting guests as they enter the hotel
• Checking in & out guests
• Modify and adjust guest bookings accordingly
• Promote the hotel and all it has to offer!
• Make suggestions to guests from your knowledge of the area
• Attending to guest enquiries in person or via phone, email, and website
• Supporting the Front Office management team in ensuring the smooth running of hotel operations
