Miss Pearl Bar & Dining, located within the Melbourne Theatre Company in Southbank, is seeking a reliable Casual Kitchen Hand to support chefs during high-volume service. You will help with food prep, dishwashing, and maintaining kitchen hygiene.

Shifts are Wednesday to Saturday evenings. You will work closely with a busy team to ensure cleanliness, safety, and a memorable dining experience for guests at events held at the MTC.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as a kitchen hand or utility role in a busy commercial kitchen or events space.
• Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene, HACCP, and safe chemical handling.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to keep calm under pressure.

You will work closely with our chefs to maintain a clean, safe, and smoothly running kitchen during high-volume service periods, ensuring our customers have a memorable dining experience. This role also involves supporting the kitchen for a variety of functions and events held at the MTC.
