Job summary

Bar 83 at Sydney Tower, part of Trippas White Group, is seeking dedicated casual kitchen hands to join the back of house team. You will support the kitchen brigade with basic food preparation and help maintain HACCP-compliant cleanliness in a fast-paced restaurant, bars and events setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a commercial kitchen, experience with dishwashers, and a strong focus on hygiene, grooming, and clear communication. Flexible weekdays and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Experience with commercial dishwasher machinery.
• Basic food preparation skills to support chefs.
• Understanding of cleaning chemicals.
• High level of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Immaculate grooming and presentation.
