Job summary

The Australian War Memorial, in partnership with Trippas White Group, is seeking casual kitchen hands to join our back of house team. You will assist with basic food preparation and help maintain a clean, HACCP-compliant kitchen in a fast-paced restaurant, bars and events environment.

To be successful, you should have at least 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen, experience with commercial dishwasher machinery, strong communication skills and you must be flexible to work weekdays and

• Experience with commercial dishwasher machinery
• Basic food preparation skills to support chefs
• Understanding of cleaning chemicals
• High level of cleanliness and hygiene
• Immaculate grooming and presentation
• Clear communication, customer service orientated
• Flexible availability – weekdays and weekends
