Job summary

House Made Hospitality in Sydney is seeking a reliable Kitchen Hand to support food preparation, maintain a clean, organized kitchen, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

You will join a fast-paced, team-focused environment at our Sydney venues, with casual hours and real opportunities to grow within the group, supported by a collaborative team and hands-on supervision from the Head Chef.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Assist in the receiving and storage of food supplies
• Follow all health and safety standards and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager
