HIKARU SUSHI in Perth is seeking a Kitchen Hand/Dishwasher to support a fast-paced Japanese restaurant. You’ll hand-wash pots, keep utensils clean, assist with basic prep, and help the team during peak services. Friday availability (8am–4pm) is a must, with reliability, grit, and physical stamina. Qualifications

• Must be available on Friday between 8AM and 4PM.
• No experience required but willingness to learn and adapt.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Physically capable of being on your feet and moving quickly in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Hand-washing pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
• Ensuring the kitchen has clean cooking utensils ready for use.
• Assisting with basic food preparation as you learn the ropes.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, including sweeping and mopping.
• Supporting chefs during high-pressure rush periods.
