Roshana Bolton Point Aged Care in New South Wales is seeking a Kitchen Hand on a casual basis to support daily meal preparation and service for residents in a 56-bed home. You will contribute to safe, nutritious, and well-presented meals while maintaining a clean, compliant kitchen environment.

You’ll work with a friendly, supportive team and have opportunities for on-the-job training and career pathways toward cook or chef roles within the Roshana Care Group.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in kitchen or hospitality settings is preferred
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and reliability
• Willingness to obtain National Police Clearance or NDIS screening
• Understanding of food safety practices or willingness to obtain certification

Roshana Bolton Point Aged Care is a 56 beds welcoming residential aged care home offering high-quality care in a safe, supportive and community-focused environment. The home provides comfortable accommodation, modern communal spaces, landscaped outdoor areas and person-centred care designed to support residents’ wellbeing, dignity and independence.

We are looking for a Kitchen Hand to join our aged care team at Roshana Bolton Point Aged Care, in a Casual capacity.

About the Role

As a Kitchen Hand, you will play an important role behind the scenes, helping ensure our residents enjoy safe, nutritious, and well-presented meals every day. Your work will directly support the comfort and wellbeing of those in our care. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and being part of a supportive team.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist with basic food preparation including washing, peeling, and plating
