Job summary

Randstad Australia is hiring Kitchen Staff, Kitchen Hands and Food Preparation Assistants across multiple Sydney CBD locations. Join a fast-growing hospitality brand known for fresh, nutritious food and a vibrant team culture.

No experience required – full training provided and pathways into permanent roles. Permanent part-time roles offer 20–24 hours per week, with full-time opportunities and pathways into management.

Your New Role

We're hiring enthusiastic Kitchen Staff, Kitchen Hands and Food Preparation Assistants across multiple Sydney CBD locations. From making fresh sandwiches and preparing delicious meals to keeping the kitchen running smoothly, you'll be part of a fun, fast-paced team.

• Keeping kitchen and food preparation areas clean and organised

About You

• Flexibility to work rostered shifts, including weekends
• Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand, Sandwich Maker, Café All-Rounder, Hospitality Worker, Food Prep Assistant or Kitchen Crew Member is a bonus, not essential
• Valid Australian working rights
