Job summary

Yo-Chi George St is hiring a casual Kitchen Hand to support our busy kitchen team. You’ll help prepare fresh ingredients, stock toppings, and keep the workspace clean to ensure smooth service.

Shifts start early at 6:00–7:00 am, so you’ll need reliable availability. You’ll be part of a friendly, fast-paced environment that values teamwork and high-quality standards. Previous back-of-house or food prep experience is preferred.

• Experience in a back-of-house environment or food preparation.
• Reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Organised and proactive with early start readiness.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

• Prepare fresh, high quality ingredients and ensure our famous toppings bar is always well stocked and looking its best.
• Keep the kitchen running smoothly with efficient dishwashing and cleaning.
• Start your day early with shifts kicking off at 6 am or 7 am, ensuring the venue is ready for service.

What we’re looking for:

• Must have experience in a Back of house environment or food preparation
• A reliable team player who thrives in a fast paced kitchen.
• Someone who’s organised, proactive, and ready for those early starts.
