Infinite Aged Care is hiring a casual Hospitality Assistant for housekeeping and kitchen operations. You will assist in food prep, plating, and meal service, supporting dietary needs and maintaining dining cleanliness.

The role requires teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen and dining environment, with shifts across service times. Applicants should have hospitality or kitchen experience, or a strong interest in developing these skills, plus good communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or commercial kitchen experience (or interest in developing these skills).
• Students planning Commercial Cookery studies who want hands-on skills to support training.
• Strong communication, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Reliable, adaptable team players who thrive in a busy kitchen and can work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food prep, plating, and meal service in a commercial kitchen.
• Support dietary needs, including texture-modified and allergen-aware meals.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen and dining cleanliness.
• Set up and reset dining rooms and equipment for each service.
• Follow food safety and WHS procedures.
• Work as part of a supportive, fast-moving team.
