Job summary

Infinite Aged Care Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on kitchen role in a fast-paced commercial kitchen located in NSW. You will assist with food prep, plating, and meal service while supporting dietary needs and allergen-aware meals for residents.

You will maintain cleanliness, set up dining rooms, and follow food safety and WHS procedures as part of a collaborative team. Pre-employment checks and NDIS clearance may be required. Opportunities for growth and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or commercial kitchen experience (or a strong interest in developing these skills).
• Students completing or planning Commercial Cookery studies who want to build practical, hands-on skills that directly support their training.
• Strong communication, initiative, and attention to detail skills.
• Reliable, adaptable team players who thrive in a busy kitchen environment and have the availability to support a variety of shifts.
• NOT suitable for candidates studying personal care or nursing, as training and development focus exclusively on commercial cookery and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food prep, plating, and meal service in a commercial kitchen.
• Support dietary needs, including texture-modified and allergen-aware meals.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen and dining cleanliness.
• Set up and reset dining rooms and equipment for each service.
• Follow food safety and WHS procedures.
• Work as part of a supportive, fast-moving team.
