Job summary

Infinite Aged Care Pty Ltd is seeking a hands‑on kitchen helper to assist with food preparation, plating and service in a busy commercial kitchen. You will support dietary needs, ensure texture‑modified and allergen‑aware meals, and help maintain spotless kitchen and dining areas.

Working with our Chef Manager and Hotel Services Team, you’ll contribute to high‑quality daily meals for residents while adhering to food safety and WHS procedures in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or commercial kitchen experience or strong interest.
• Strong communication, initiative and attention to detail.
• Reliable, adaptable team players with busy kitchen experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food prep, plating and meal service in a commercial kitchen.
• Support dietary needs including texture‑modified and allergen‑aware meals.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen and dining cleanliness.
• Set up and reset dining rooms and equipment for each service.
• Follow food safety and WHS procedures.
• Work as part of a fast‑moving, supportive team.
