Job summary

Infinite Aged Care is seeking a motivated kitchen assistant to support a fast-paced commercial kitchen in delivering high-quality meals for residents. You will help with food prep, plating, and dining service while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or kitchen experience, strong communication, and reliability. Training will be provided with opportunities to grow skills across kitchen operations and nutrition support.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or commercial kitchen experience preferred.
• Strong communication, initiative and attention to detail required.
• Reliable, adaptable team player with ability to work in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food prep, plating and meal service.
• Support dietary needs including texture-modified and allergen-aware meals.
• Maintain high kitchen and dining cleanliness and safety standards.
• Set up and reset dining rooms and equipment for each service.
• Follow food safety and WHS procedures.
• Work as part of a fast-moving supportive team.
