Job summary

Infinite Aged Care is seeking a hands-on role in a fast-paced commercial kitchen. You will assist with food preparation, plating and meal service, supporting dietary needs and maintaining dining area cleanliness.

This position involves bending, lifting and standing for long periods as part of daily tasks. You will work with our Chef Manager and Hotel Services Team to deliver high-quality meals that enhance residents’ daily lives and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or commercial kitchen environments is preferred.
• Strong communication, initiative and attention to detail are important.
• Reliable, adaptable team players thrive in a busy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food prep, plating, and meal service in a commercial kitchen.
• Support dietary needs, including texture‑modified and allergen‑aware meals.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen and dining cleanliness.
• Set up and reset dining rooms and equipment for each service.
• Follow food safety and WHS procedures.
• Work as part of a supportive, fast‑moving team.
