Kitchen Connection, Australia’s largest and most trusted kitchen retailer, seeks a Kitchen Installation Manager to join our Gold Coast team. This role offers a career path beyond hands-on trades with thorough training and robust systems to support success in project and installation management.

As Kitchen Installation Manager, you will oversee projects from check measure to completion, coordinate schedules and trades, and build strong relationships with customers and installers.

Qualifications

• Cabinetmaking trade qualification or extensive kitchen installation experience.
• At least 5 years' experience within the kitchen industry.
• Strong attention to detail and technical knowledge.
• Well-developed communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence using business systems and standard office software.

• Conducting site check measures and confirming project details.
• Coordinating installation schedules and trades.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously.

About the Role

As Kitchen Installation Manager, you'll oversee kitchen installation projects from check measure through to completion, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard.

Previous management experience is not essential.
