ALH Hotels Ramsgate is seeking a Kitchen Attendant to help keep our busy kitchen running smoothly. You’ll engage in food preparation, cleaning, and other tasks as directed by your team leader, thriving in a fast-paced pub environment.

You should be comfortable with manual handling, have attention to detail, and be available across days, evenings and weekends. Join our friendly team and help deliver safe, high-quality dining experiences for our guests.

• Hands-on role requiring manual tasks and adherence to safety standards.
• Ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.

A Day In The Life Of a Kitchen Attendant

• Engage in food preparation and additional tasks as directed by your team leader
• Proactively identify and address cleaning opportunities in all areas of the kitchen in line with our high food and safety standards
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety and procedural compliance

About You

• You love working independently or as part of a team to perform routine tasks
• You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• You are all about the detail and take pride in the work that you deliver
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!

Inherent Requirements

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
