Job summary

Miami Tavern, part of Endeavour Group, is seeking a Kitchen Attendant to support kitchen operations in a fast-paced pub environment. You will assist with food prep, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and help your team deliver great experiences for locals.

You should enjoy working independently or with others, have flexible availability across days, evenings, and weekends, and take pride in detail and safe procedures.

A day in the life of a Kitchen Attendant:

• Engage in food preparation and additional tasks as directed by your team leader
• Proactively identify and address cleaning opportunities in all areas of the kitchen in line with our high food and safety standards

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
