Job summary

Blue Dolphin Holiday Resort, part of NRMA Parks & Resorts in Yamba, is seeking a reliable Kitchen Attendant to keep our kitchen and food truck running smoothly. If you're starting your hospitality career or already have kitchen experience, you'll join a supportive team in a busy coastal setting.

You'll assist with food preparation, dishwashing, and equipment cleaning, maintain high hygiene standards, and work across a 7-day roster.

Qualifications

• Food Safety Certificate required (or willingness to obtain one).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.

Responsibilities

• Support kitchen team with food preparation and general kitchen duties.
• Keep kitchen and dishwashing areas clean and organised.
• Wash and maintain cooking equipment, utensils and kitchen tools.
• Assist with basic food preparation as required.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and hygiene.
