Blue Dolphin Holiday Resort, part of NRMA Parks & Resorts, seeks a passionate Chef de Partie for our modern, purpose-built food truck by the coast. You will prepare breakfast and lunch for guests, delivering fresh, delicious meals in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de partie or strong experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• A passion for great food and delivering quality every time.
• The ability to stay calm, organised and efficient during busy service periods.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook fresh, quality menu items within our unique food truck environment.
• Help deliver fast, friendly service while maintaining high food quality and presentation standards.
• Support daily food preparation, stock management and kitchen operations.
• Maintain exceptional food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to create great guest experiences.
• Bring ideas, energy and a positive attitude to a fun and collaborative team.
