Job summary

NRMA Parks & Resorts at Blue Dolphin Resort in Yamba, NSW is looking for casual Grounds & Maintenance all-rounders. You’ll mow, weed, prune, and landscape, assist with small repairs across cabins and amenities, and help maintain pool areas and guest-facing spaces.

You’ll join a friendly team that values safety, practicality, and a hands-on, can-do attitude. The role offers flexible hours to balance life and work in a tropical coastal setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds and basic maintenance.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move equipment.

Responsibilities

• Keep resort grounds immaculate: mowing, weeding, pruning, landscaping.
• Assist with minor repairs across cabins, campsites, amenities and facilities.
• Maintain and clean public areas, ensuring guest readiness.
• Contribute to grounds-based projects, basic mechanical repairs and painting.
