Job summary

Manly Pacific MGallery Collection on Sydney’s Northern Beaches invites applicants to join its kitchen team and help keep dining operations running smoothly across à la carte, banquets, room service and buffets. You’ll support chefs, maintain a clean, organised workspace and contribute to exceptional guest experiences.

This hands-on role requires reliability, teamwork and flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or stewarding experience preferred.
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Excellent attention to cleanliness and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across kitchen areas, equipment and utensils.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure a continuous supply of clean kitchenware.
• Assist with basic food preparation and stock handling as required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and WHS standards at all times.
• Support the Kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Join our Kitchen team at Manly Pacific and play an essential role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. Supporting our chefs across à la carte dining, banquets, room service and buffet operations, you'll help maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen while contributing to exceptional guest experiences.

• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• A team-focused attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for guests
• Valid Australian Working Rights / Visa is essential
