Job summary

Manly Pacific MGallery Collection is seeking a motivated Kitchen Hand to support our kitchen team with dishwashing, basic prep, and stock handling in a vibrant Manly setting.

You will help maintain cleanliness, adhere to food safety and WHS standards, and assist across dining, banquets, and room service operations. Weekend and public holiday availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or stewarding experience preferred.
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Excellent attention to cleanliness and organization.
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
• A team-focused attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for guests.
• Valid Australian Working Rights / Visa is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across kitchen areas, equipment and utensils.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure a continuous supply of clean kitchenware.
• Assist with basic food preparation and stock handling as required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and WHS standards at all times.
• Support the Kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
