Job summary

Infinite Aged Care is hiring for a fast‑paced kitchen role in NSW. You will assist with food prep, plating, and meal service, while supporting dietary needs and maintaining high cleanliness standards across kitchen and dining areas.

You will work with the Chef Manager and Hotel Services Team, following safety procedures and contributing to a smooth service. Suitable for students/enrolled trainees pursuing Commercial Cookery, with strong teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or commercial kitchen experience or keen interest.
• Strong communication, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Reliable, adaptable team player in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food prep, plating, and meal service.
• Support dietary needs and texture-modified meals.
• Maintain kitchen and dining cleanliness.
• Set up dining rooms and equipment for service.
• Follow food safety and WHS procedures.
• Collaborate with Chef Manager and Hotel Services Team.
