Infinite Aged Care seeks a Hospitality Assistant to join our servery team in Windsor, SA. You will assist with food prep, plating, and service in a fast-paced commercial kitchen, supporting dietary needs and maintaining cleanliness across kitchen and dining areas.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or kitchen experience or are pursuing Commercial Cookery studies, with strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food prep, plating, and meal service in a commercial kitchen.
• Support dietary needs, including texture‑modified and allergen‑aware meals.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen and dining cleanliness.
• Set up and reset dining rooms and equipment for each service.
• Follow food safety and WHS procedures.
• Work as part of a supportive, fast‑moving team.
