Job summary

Infinite Aged Care Pty Ltd in Edge Hill is seeking a hands-on kitchen assistant to support our commercial kitchen, delivering high-quality meals to residents and working with our Chef Manager and Hotel Services Team.

You will assist with food prep, plating, and meal service, support texture-modified and allergen-aware diets, and help keep kitchen and dining areas clean and safe in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or commercial kitchen settings.
• Interest in developing practical cookery skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food prep, plating, and meal service.
• Support dietary needs including texture-modified and allergen-aware meals.
• Maintain kitchen and dining cleanliness.
• Set up and reset dining rooms and equipment.
• Follow food safety and WHS procedures.
• Work as part of a supportive, fast-moving team.
