Job summary

Infinite Aged Care in Queensland's Logan City is hiring for a hands-on kitchen role in a fast-paced commercial environment. You’ll assist with plating and meal service, support dietary needs, and help sustain high standards of kitchen and dining cleanliness while working with our Chef Manager and Hotel Services Team.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or commercial kitchen experience (or a strong interest in developing these skills).
• Students completing or planning Commercial Cookery studies who want practical, hands-on skills.
• Strong communication, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Reliable, adaptable team players who thrive in a busy kitchen and can support varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with plating and meal service in a commercial kitchen.
• Support dietary needs, including texture-modified and allergen-aware meals.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen and dining cleanliness.
• Set up and reset dining rooms and equipment for each service.
• Follow food safety and WHS procedures.
• Work as part of a fast-moving team.
