Job summary

Virgin Active Australia seeks a Creche Attendant to support Club-V operations, welcoming children and carers and ensuring a safe, engaging environment. You will assist with daily creche activities and maintain high standards of care.

With 2+ years in childcare, WWCC, and a friendly, proactive approach, you’ll help deliver magical moments for families in our Sydney clubs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant childcare experience.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional schedules.
• Working with Children Check required; First aid beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and carers on arrival and understand individual needs.
• Support the day-to-day running of Club-V creche activities.
• Ensure safety and correct procedures are followed in the club.
• Deliver engaging activities that delight children and guardians.
• Provide exceptional service and address feedback promptly.

The gig:

Reporting to the Club V Manager, you'll deliver heartfelt service to our mini-members in our in club creche, ensuring a safe environment where members love spending time.

In a nutshell:

You'll welcome members and their carers on arrival and understand any individual needs, routines or considerations

You'll support the day-to-day running of Club-V (our in club Creche) program, ensuring our members get the best care, supervision, and plenty of fun

You'll take enormous pride in delivering Club-V activities that make kids go 'wow!' and you'll be empowered to find ways to give our members and their guardians that little bit extra... especially when it's unexpected

You'll advocate safety and ensure correct procedures are followed in club

All about you:

You have 2+ years of relevant experience, flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule and your Working with Children Check. You may also have your first aid. A+ for you.
