Monash Health in Clayton, VIC is seeking two Transplant Administration Officers to join the Kidney & Transplant Service. These roles support clinics, manage appointments, patient records and communications in a busy, patient‑focused environment.

You will coordinate transplant clinics, process referrals, maintain accurate documentation, and provide reception and data‑collection support. Two part‑time positions total 1.3 EFT, Monday to Friday, offering a rewarding path in a leading academic

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or medical administration.
• Confidence using patient administration systems and electronic medical records.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transplant clinics, appointments and waitlists.
• Process referrals and support transplant assessments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Provide professional reception, telephone and email support.
• Support multidisciplinary meetings, reporting and data collection.
• Liaise with internal teams and external healthcare providers.
• Assist with general administrative and operational requirements.
