Job summary

Kilcoy Global Foods seeks an Engagement Manager to translate technology strategy into practical digital initiatives that deliver measurable ROI. You will lead a team of analysts, architects and change specialists, champion product thinking, and drive adoption across business units.

You will define digital roadmaps, prioritise backlogs, and partner with HR and IT to build capability while ensuring initiatives align with strategic priorities and deliver tangible business outcomes.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As Engagement Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering Kilcoy’s Technology Strategy 2030+, building strong partnerships across the business and translating technology opportunities into practical roadmaps that deliver measurable value and ROI. Leading a team of analysts, architects and change specialists, you’ll build organisational capability, drive digital adoption and ensure people, processes and systems work together to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Drive the execution of Kilcoy’s Technology Strategy 2030+.
• Act as the central Product Owner for digital capabilities.
• Ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value.
• Define and prioritise digital product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact initiatives.
• Work with the Solution Architect to ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with business goals.
• Build strong relationships with business teams and encourage digital adoption.
• Lead and coach Digital Coaches and business champions.
• Promote product thinking, agile practices, and continuous improvement.
• Establish benefit realisation frameworks and track digital outcomes.
• Report on how digital solutions improve productivity, efficiency, and growth.
• Partner with HR and IT leaders to build digital and product management capability.
• Ensure digital initiatives align with strategic priorities and focus on business outcomes.

You will bring:

• A collaborative, business-focused approach, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
• Experience partnering with architects, technology teams and business leaders to develop scalable, fit-for-purpose digital solutions.
• A strong understanding of agile ways of working, product thinking and continuous improvement, with a passion for driving digital adoption.
• Proven leadership and coaching capability, with the ability to develop Digital Coaches, business champions and broader organisational capability.
• Commercial acumen and a focus on benefits realisation, with the ability to measure and communicate how technology improves productivity, efficiency and growth.
• Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to connect digital initiatives to organisational priorities and maintain a clear focus on business outcomes.
• Experience working across HR, IT and business functions to build digital, product management and change capability.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to champion new ways of working and create engagement and confidence in digital solutions.

Experience / Qualifications Required

• 5+ years demonstrated experience in Technology, and digital transformation
• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering technology strategies and roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams, including Business Analysts, Architects and Change Management professionals.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled business transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes and ROI.
• Degree qualification in Information Technology, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
