Job summary

Kilcoy Global Foods is seeking an Engagement Manager to drive the Technology Strategy 2030+ and translate opportunities into practical roadmaps. You will lead a team of analysts, architects and change specialists, build capability, drive digital adoption and ensure people, processes and systems deliver measurable business outcomes.

This senior role offers the chance to partner with HR and IT leaders, champion agile practices, and report on productivity gains across the business on the Sunshine

Qualifications

• 5+ years demonstrated experience in Technology and digital transformation.
• Experience developing and delivering technology strategies and roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams, including Business Analysts, Architects and Change Management professionals.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled business transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes and ROI.
• Degree qualification in Information Technology, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of Kilcoy’s Technology Strategy 2030+.
• Act as the central Product Owner for digital capabilities.
• Define and prioritise digital product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact initiatives.
• Work with the Solution Architect to ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with business goals.
• Build strong relationships with business teams and encourage digital adoption.
• Lead and coach Digital Coaches and business champions.
• Promote product thinking, agile practices, and continuous improvement.
• Establish benefit realisation frameworks and track digital outcomes.
• Report on how digital solutions improve productivity, efficiency, and growth.
• Partner with HR and IT leaders to build digital and product management capability.
• Ensure digital initiatives align with strategic priorities and focus on business outcomes.

• Strong product ownership and roadmap management skills, with the ability to prioritise opportunities based on business value and impact.
• A collaborative, business-focused approach, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
• Experience partnering with architects, technology teams and business leaders to develop scalable, fit-for-purpose digital solutions.
• A strong understanding of agile ways of working, product thinking and continuous improvement, with a passion for driving digital adoption.
• Proven leadership and coaching capability, with the ability to develop Digital Coaches, business champions and broader organisational capability.
• Commercial acumen and a focus on benefits realisation, with the ability to measure and communicate how technology improves productivity, efficiency and growth.
• Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to connect digital initiatives to organisational priorities and maintain a clear focus on business outcomes.
• Experience working across HR, IT and business functions to build digital, product management and change capability.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to champion new ways of working and create engagement and confidence in digital solutions.
