Job summary

Cleanaway is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager based in Malaga, Perth CBD, WA, to retain and grow a portfolio of mid-market customers. You will deliver high-quality account management, strengthen contract value and expand the use of Cleanaway services.

In this role you will develop strategic relationships, manage CRM and reporting, coordinate with operations, finance and customer service, and contribute to profitable growth through robust contract optimisation and pricing discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial or industrial B2B account management role.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service capability in a complex environment.
• Proven negotiation, presentation and tender response experience.
• Commercial acumen with experience growing revenue within existing portfolios.
• Experience with CRM and reporting is beneficial.

The Opportunity

Based in Malaga, Perth CBD, WA, the Key Account Manager is responsible for retaining and growing a portfolio of mid-market customers by delivering high-quality account management, strengthening contract value and expanding the use of Cleanaway services. You will directly influence customer retention, profitable growth and long-term customer partnerships.

• Maintain an active sales pipeline and contribute competitor, market and tender intelligence.

About you

You are an experienced B2B account management professional with strong commercial judgement, stakeholder management capability and a track record of growing existing customer portfolios.

• Demonstrated experience in a commercial or industrial B2B Key Account Management role.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service capability in a complex environment.
• Proven negotiation, presentation and tender response experience.
• Commercial acumen with experience growing revenue within existing customer portfolios.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline is desirable.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.
